JV Times is an information and consulting portal and is my platform for helping other business owners or aspiring business owners achieve their business objectives through innovative partnering arrangements, creative marketing, web-based strategies or strategic alliances.

I’ve always been known as the “idea guy”. I was fortunate enough to discover and follow many of the strategies and techniques I introduce on this website and carry through to my consulting today. Some I learned through the school of “hard knocks” and others I am still learning and refining. But overall it’s been a good journey.
These are the same strategies that allowed me to partner with arch-rival competitiors to generate well over $150 million in “bonus” revenues and build substantial value in my Consulting Firm. The same ones that allowed me to sell out to a major public corporation and retire early….. there is no reason they will
not work for you too.
Today, through JV Times and other internet businesses I own, I am able to let the creative juices flow without the drag of managing a large staff and without the obligation to go to a “job”. The creative freedom
this allows combined with 30 years of exposure to hundreds of different businesses in many different industries positions me to be a very fast study when it comes to understanding your business and developing impactful alternatives.
A Word About Me
My name is Larry Ott. I am a masters degreed CPA with about 30 years experience. I started my career with one of the largest CPA firms in the world and along with several partners went on to form one of the most
successful regional CPA/Consulting firms in the 80’s and 90’s.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to specialize in mergers and acquisitions, tax and estate planning, architecting innovative turnkey consulting services and the design of healthcare information systems applications. These projects generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues for my businesses and billions of dollars in benefits for our clients.
Results-Based Compensation
I only work on projects I believe in which I believe will be successful. Therefore, when I take on a project I am confident that my contribution will position you to reach your targeted outcomes and I am willing to bet on that outcome. Most, if not all, of my conpensation comes from the success we achieve working together, either in the form of equity in the business or fees that are a based on achieving mutually agreed upon objectives.
